At Big Ear Entertainment we pride ourselves on customer service. We understand that you are planning the most important night of your life, and you are considering using our services to make your night extraordinary.
We will provide you with all the necessary information to assist you in making your decision. Once you have received your information packet, including references and dates of future appearances, your date will be held for at least two weeks, without obligation. During those two weeks, we urge you to take time and talk to other professional disc jockeys.

After you’ve done all of the research needed and you’ve made your decision, just give us a call! The next step is to contract Big Ear Entertainment for your wedding. This is a quick process and can either be handled by meeting in person or through the mail.
We can handle it either way; whichever is more convenient for you.
All that is due upon signing the contract is a $200 deposit. The remaining balance isn’t due until one week prior to your reception. You are also more than welcome to make payments on your reception throughout the year and we’ll keep track of all the information for you!
Big Ear Entertainment has made planning your big day very convenient and very simple. Simply visit our client planning area. Once inside the planning area, you will be able to make changes or additions to your very own wedding planner, including a song request list. Our system will save all of your changes, and email a copy of them to you.
Once your wedding date gets closer, we will arrange a meeting between you and your disc jockey. Big Ear Entertainment guarantees that you will meet with the same disc jockey that will be present at your wedding reception. During this meeting we will finalize all of your plans and get everything in order for your big day.
On the day of your reception, Big Ear Entertainment will be responsible for coordinating all of YOUR plans with your reception hall, photographer, and videographer. We handle the stress, so you don’t have to. The only thing you will have to worry about that evening is having fun!
