From start to finish, Big Ear Entertainment can help you put together the perfect event. First, you will meet with one of our staff members. We will discuss the event budget, as well as any thoughts, ideas and themes you may already have in place. This initial meeting is the most important. The success of any event depends on proper planning, and the event budget is crucial in the planning process.
Next, the staff at Big Ear Entertainment will meet for a brainstorming session. This session will produce several venue options (if applicable), entertainment options, and any logistical issues that need to be avoided. We will also put together a proposal based on all of these options.
Big Ear Entertainment will meet with your committee to deliver our proposal and answer any questions you may have. We will also address any logistical issues that may arise, and offer solutions to those issues. Your proposal will contain the price for our services, as well as a tentative timeline for your event.
Once the proposal is accepted, Big Ear Entertainment will put the plan in motion. You can remain as involved as you’d like, but trust that Big Ear Entertainment can now take complete control of your event. We will take care of lining up the venue, booking a caterer, booking the entertainment, etc. We have the ability to put your entire event together based on the proposal and event budget. At this point, you can “Play it By Ear,” and let us do the work.
