Joe McNeill, Owner
Joe has owned and operated Big Ear Entertainment, formerly No Alternative DJ Service, for over 10 years. He has provided entertainment at hundreds of wedding receptions, private parties and corporate events. As a former event coordinator for 98.1 WKDD, Joe is very experienced in event planning and management, and has been the master of ceremonies at many events. Joe also has experience in voice-over work and corporate branding. When Joe’s not working, he enjoys watching Notre Dame Football and spending time with his wife and kids.

Jason Sklarek, Professional Disc Jockey
Jason has been with Big Ear Entertainment, formerly No Alternative DJ Service, for over 5 years. His sense of humor, profound music knowledge, and out-going personality has led to many successful events. Many clients say that Jason has the “best voice in the business.” When Jason isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily and their two children, Jonathan and Annabelle.

Brody Adams, Professional Disc Jockey
Brody has worked for Big Ear Entertainment for over four years. His knowledge of new music and ability to interact with any crowd has made him a school dance specialist. High schools and middle schools around the area request Brody by name for their dances. Brody is currently a student at the University of Akron. In his spare time he enjoys working out and relaxing with his friends.
